The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never held an ew8 account before. Each individual, IP address, device, or residential address is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim this bonus more than once by any means will be considered fraudulent.
Each bonus has a validity period clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically without any compensation.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the ew8 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules set by ew8.
The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the official version. Should any discrepancy exist between a translation in another language and this Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
